hey there, when your ping is too high it means you don't have a good peering with the server. the only way to solve this is to use a proxy server (try more proxy servers till you find one with good peering) you should have also a good peering with those proxy servers.
where do you have lag? on our servers?

Well what I did was do a few GOOGLE searches and came across a post which listed a few changes to be made in the .ini file. Well anyway i'm able to get down to 150, which is great.
